Shipping & Returns


While we try our best to get out every order as quickly as possible, Titan cannot guarantee same-day shipping.  We ship orders Monday through Friday and do not offer UPS Saturday delivery.  Any order placed on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday.  UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are delivered the 2nd business day after being picked up by UPS - this means an order picked up by UPS on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

All shipments include a tracking number and insurance - a tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.  Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product.
Note: All shipments are insured.  Not all methods are available to all addresses within the specified areas. We will contact you before shipment if the shipment method you have chosen is not available to your address.

Additional Shipping Information


Due to restrictions on some firearms related products, Titan ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Military FPO/APO addresses only.


A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments.


When estimating your delivery date, please take into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and US holidays are not included in transit time.

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.


Shipping charges are not refundable unless we make an error in your shipment or the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to Titan. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.


Ammo Restrictions


Ammunition deliveries must be signed for by an adult 21 yrs or older (Those 18-20 yrs old can order rifle or shotgun ammo with the understanding that someone over 21 must receive and sign for it).  There must be no local, state, or federal laws prohibiting the receipt or possession of ammunition by the buyer. All ammunition must be shipped Domestic Ground. Shipping not available for International, DC, and MA residents. Residents of CA, DE, IL, NY and OH, may have additional restrictions. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations.

Illinois residents must provide a copy of your valid FOID card and driver's license to purchase ammunition. This is for orders with shipping and/or billing addresses within Illinois.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 33% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.

Please See  Absolutely NO RETURNS of ammunition, optics, night vision, knives, barrels, barreled receivers, tools. REGARDLESS of date bought or product condition, No exceptions.
   Note: Firearms cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged during shipment.  Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at your dealer and contact us for return prior to transfer to the buyer.  No returns will be accepted for firearms after transfer from the dealer to the buyer.  After firearms transfer, any warranty issue will have to be addressed through the firearm manufacturer.
Any firearms left for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and re-sold.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Please use the original shipping box in which your order was shipped to make your return. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the original receipt that accompanied your order. Please do not ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.
